SHIPPING & RETURNS
All items purchased from the Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail Flat Rate. We ship within 48 hours of receipt of order, excepting weekends and holidays. We will provide you with USPS Priority Mail tracking information upon request via email. We take great care to package your items to withstand the forces of shipping, however we cannot control what condition your package will be in, or how long it will take to get to you, once it leaves our museum. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thanks for shopping at the Sugar Museum site (www.sugarmuseum.com). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The shipping cost will be will be deducted from your refund.
